Community Media & Event Platform

This project was one of our earliest as we entered the IT industry. The client is a local community-focused event center that regularly hosts live streams, online lectures, and educational sessions. Initially started as a side project to practice software development, the platform quickly became central to how the organization shares content and connects with its audience. As a result, we’ve continued to expand and improve it over time—enhancing performance, features, and security.

The platform is built on a custom website hosted on-site at the center. It manages thousands of hours of recorded content and remains stable under ongoing use. Designed entirely in-house, the system gives us full control over both functionality and infrastructure.

Beyond media streaming and browsing, the software includes advanced features such as user permissions and role-based access, detailed reporting, emergency newsletter dispatching, and member management.

We're currently in the process of redesigning the interface and expanding its capabilities. A mobile application is also underway, offering users greater accessibility and integration with the existing platform.
