A local car dealership approached us to help them find a solution for organizing their inventory and streamlining day-to-day operations. As a family-run business, they faced challenges bringing in non-family employees due to the lack of a structured, systemized workflow. While we reviewed several dealership platforms commonly used in the U.S., they were either too complex or didn’t align with local practices and regulations.

The decision was made to build a custom software solution tailored to their needs. We began by documenting their full operational process—from vehicle acquisition and transportation to reconditioning, sales, and documentation. This gave us a clear picture of their current workflow and areas that could benefit from automation.

After outlining the necessary features and modules, we developed the software as a cloud-based application, ensuring accessibility from anywhere. The project also served as a testing ground for Bubble.io, a no-code platform. Despite running into some platform limitations, we successfully addressed each challenge through practical workarounds and iteration.

The software is continuously evolving and has significantly improved the efficiency and consistency of the client’s operations.
